What are Elder Gems?
Elder Gems are a premium, webstore exclusive currency that can be used to get packs, bundles or other items from the in-game store. Buying or purchasing this digital item is a license. For full terms and conditions, please see the WBD Terms of Use.
How can I get Elder Gems?
Elder Gems are exclusively available through the Mortal Kombat Webstore in eligible regions*. From the webstore, you will need to sign in with a WB Games account that is linked to your Mortal Kombat Mobile game profile. If you do not have a WB Games account, you will need to set one up and link to your game profile.
*Webstore is not currently available in Brazil.

How do I create a WB Games account?
You can create a WB Games account by visiting https://account.wbgames.com.
How can I use Elder Gems to make an in-game purchase?
Eligible store offers within the in-game store will provide an option to get them using Elder Gems or real currency. Tapping/selecting the Elder Gems button will provide a confirmation listing the quantity of Elder Gems required to complete the transaction. As long as you have a sufficient quantity of Elder Gems, you will be able to complete the transaction. Items will be automatically added to your in-game inventory after the transaction finishes processing.
If you do not have enough Elder Gems to complete the transaction, you are provided with an option to learn more about Elder Gems.

I haven’t received my Elder Gems
Please allow a few minutes for the transaction to be completed. Once finished, the Elder Gems will be sent to your in-game inventory automatically. You should also receive an in-game message in your inbox. If the purchase doesn’t reflect immediately and you’ve waited a few minutes, a game restart can sometimes prompt Elder Gems delivery.
I can’t sign in to the webstore
A WB Games account connected to a Mortal Kombat Mobile game profile is required to get Elder Gems. If you receive an error that a connected game profile could not be found, be sure to go back to the app, then Settings -> WB Games account and make sure you have a connected profile.
Which in-game offers are exclusive to Elder Gems?
The exclusive Elder Gems offers can be found in the General Store under the Prizes tab. Prizes are limited-time-only custom offers. Check the store often for new Prize offers!
